2Marketers is a marketing agency at the intersection of content creation and marketing technology, operated by its two founders. These terms govern your use of this website and, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the way we work together.

2. Using this website

You may browse this site, use the free tools we publish, and contact us about working together. You may not misuse the site: no scraping at abusive volumes, no attempting to break or probe our systems, no submitting content that is unlawful or harmful, and no using our forms to spam us or anyone else.

3. Free checks and tools

Free checks, audits, and tools we offer through this site are provided for information purposes, in good faith, and without charge. They reflect our honest professional read at the time, but they are not exhaustive advice and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. If you want the full picture, that is what an engagement is for.

4. Working with us

Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement that covers scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and terms specific to the work. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and no engagement exists until both sides have signed.

We decline engagements involving alcohol, gambling, interest-based financial products, and adult content. Stated once, as scope.

5. Your content, our content

Everything on this site, including text, design, graphics, and code, belongs to 2Marketers or its licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission.

Anything you submit through our forms remains yours. By submitting it, you give us permission to use it for the purpose you submitted it for, such as preparing your growth check or responding to your inquiry.

6. Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party platforms, such as social networks and our scheduling provider. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

7. No guarantees on the website

This website is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate, available, and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Commitments we make to clients live in engagement agreements, not on this page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2Marketers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or the free materials on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date below will always tell you when they were last touched.
